Pursuant to section 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the District of Houston intends to extend a licence to occupy on the land legally described as Parcel A (Plan 7607), District Lot 622, Plan 6260 to Majo’s Kitchenette for the sole purpose of operating the arena concession. The proposed licence to occupy is for a 2-year term in consideration of $250 per month.
