Pursuant to section 26(3) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the District of Houston intends to lease the Community Hall located on the land legally described as Lot 7, District Lot 619, Plan 1347 to the Dze L K’ant Friendship Centre Society for a term commencing on August 1, 2026 expiring on July 31, 2027.

In consideration of $1.00 per year, the lease will grant the lessee the sole right of access to Room 102 in the Community Hall  for each year of the lease in order to store programming equipment.
