The District of Houston is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean Trumbley as its new Chief Administrative Officer. Dean will begin his position with the District on October 9, 2026. Dean brings an extensive record of municipal leadership, most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Greenwood, where his tenure earned both the UBCM Community Excellence Award for Asset Management and the LGMA Best Newcomer Award for his Corporate Officer.
